CAN A SINGLE PIN ON AN ECM GO BAD? Anyway to read it or fix it?

So I think we have a bad ECM on a E92 (Corvette). We aren't getting any reading on the low voltage line on the O2 sensor. We traced the wire all the way to the ecm and it holds continuity but still doesn't work. Bank 2 works fine yet bank one gets no reading and the scanner just shows a maxed out value.

Is there anyway to verify a pin is bad on a ecm?
Is there anyway with HP tuners that we can reprogram a different pin for this function and just repin the harness?
Or am I buying a new ecm and starting over.

Most likely that’s not the cause.... they are sealed very good from the factory!
