2002 mustang gt tune

A friend of mine asked me if I would take a stab at tuning his 4.6 mustang gt. The car was tuned prior but he doesn't know what with...He got the car,and just put stage 3 cams in it, long tube headers, cold air intake and offroad x pipe.

I have went over there twice, and I can't for the life of me get the fuel adjusted on this....Completely different than what I am used to seeing on my jeep or in the gm world. Someone told me that I needed to adjust the airflow on these cars to adjust fuel, but I had tried that and it didn't seem to make a difference.

To be honest, I am really not sure what to adjust on these cars.

If it's not responding I bet someone has the MAF unplugged so it won't throw a check engine and go into limp mode... If you are running on failed maf tables whatever you change won't matter.

You adjust the airflow on gm to dial in the fueling. This would be no different.
