    Gen V LTx swap 2017 Escalade 6.2 w 4L80e & standalone controller (can you do that??)

    Someone brought me this truck to tune this way unfortunately. I can see it presenting a myriad of issues since its looking for an absent TCM. Can I flash it to a C7 with an M7 trans? I would have had him keep the original trans in it but its long gone. I looked at the tune file and its just a gutted stock file with all the codes turned off. It still thinks its an Escalade with an auto. Speedo is defaulted to 158mph. Thanks for any insight you guys can offer!!

    I found this post which says I wont be able to re write this 17 e92a to a different os without vin errors. I dont think that will matter in my case though.
