Should be able to click the layout at the top on the scanner and then down to default layouts. Just pick which one you want as the default.
You can right click the channels list on the left and add back in whatever channels you want as well.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
