Fuel Mass Multiplier per cylinder - function?

Can anyone explain how the fuel mass multiplier per cylinder works? Are these lambda values applied in all conditions (regardless of ECT/warmup time)?

For the N/A engines, I see less variability in these values. For the EcoBoost engines, there is quite a bit. The 2.7 EcoBoost engines are all over the place, sometimes with 1.13 or 1.11 in some cells whereas the 3.5L EcoBoost for the trucks was all 1.00s

Would these values have any impact on misfires for certain cylinders?

in my experience its just a multiplier, back in the days when gen 1 coyote we used 8th cyl and touched it up with more fuel

the NA 5.0s have it varying a few hundredths across every cylinder/rpm/load range. ive zeroed it (1.0) when adjusting maf curve using fuel trims to see if there was a measurable impact.

i was under the impression it was tied to emissions for the fuel system monitor that looks at cylinder to cylinder fuel imbalance. The CJ tunes have it zeroed though.
