2006 cummins skim disabled runs then shuts off

Good day all.
working on a swap, Doner trucks a 2006 cummins with a swapped in standard .Got security disabled and shows it is on my hp tuner, have the ignition wired up to a relay for time being tell cab is on. can get it to run for 3 seconds and shuts off.
Went in with alfa obd checked anything that would have to do with security and made sure it was all not set and same thing. anyone have any input on this..

Have tried skim delete with hp tuners before it never worked.. Had to send it out to ecm repair shop

I had a tuner do it. And then double checked it with Alfa
