2000 mustang gt log issues

So is there gonna be an update, or is there some way i can change the log speed on this mpvi2. Any time i try to log any pids the dash gauges go crazy and the data on the laptop freeze frames. Just wondering if there was a fix. I did do some looking through the forums and even tried to log with the old mpvi pro and the record button comes on for a second and then shuts back off. Not very happy with this mpvi2.

I have the same issues, 2002 Mustang GT. I tried logging as few PID's as possible and downloaded the beta version of the software, but it doesn't help. I thought they had taking care of it with an update in the summer, but I guess not. I have an SCT x4 I can use, but I have no idea how to use LiveLink info in HP Tuners.
