    2018 Trackhawk Flex Fuel Issues

    I am calibrating a 2018 Trackhawk with flex fuel OS. Dyno session has been going fine so far on gasoline but as soon as I introduced ethanol it has been running very rough. I can see the target lambda is 1.0 but O2 sensors are reading ~1.3 (I have also verified this with the dyno's wideband). The fuel trims are only roughly +5-10% as if the ECM is adjusting to an incorrect Air/Fuel. Also worth noting on startup it runs "ok" (just slight idle fluctuation) for a few seconds then just dies. I have attached a couple logs and the currently flashed calibration. What am I missing here? I have compared to other Hellcats/Trackhawk flex tunes and nothing sticks out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Did you apply the patch, save as a new name, and reopen it. Also, Write Entire?

    I did follow those steps, repeated a couple times just to make sure.

    I tried forcing stoich (flex disabled) to 0.10150 (E85) and it acts the exact same way. There is some issue that occurs when stoich is not near stock value 0.06799. For now I just added 33% fuel via injector tables and left flex disabled to run E85 all the time.

    Any ideas?

    Pay Curt Dusterhoff to tune it. I'm in the process now with him. Tunes locked, so you have no control over it, but the way I fool with stuff I prefer it. Also have his trans tune, that was worth the price of admission.
