2007.5 6.7 Cummins 200% Over Injector Starting Point

Hey everyone I am putting 200% over injectors in my personal truck that I tune. I have never tuned injectors this large. I am hoping someone would be willing to give me help on a starting point for pulse width. I use efi live on this truck but no one has responded on the forum there. Seem to have much more help on this side of the tuning software forums.

Voltage reference? Not on these engines.

A snappy google search quickly turns up the following on S&S 200% over injectors:

    mPa/uSecond/mm3
    180/2800/518.10
    180/1350/232.50
    180/260/2.95
    140/600/41.62
    30/800/5.61

The rest of your setup will really dictate how much pulse you can run. I'd start with around 1375uS.

I know I am super late at replying. I always forget to subscribe. I actually found that article from S&S. It was very helpful. Also when I got my own injectors 100% overs I received a flow sheet. Gave me a really good understanding of how much more they put out over stock. My customer's truck only had 100% over injectors and not 200% over injectors. Also learned the difference of 200% over and 200% percent injectors. Have to pay close attention to how things are worded from injector builders. I ordered 200% over stock injectors for my 6.7 and they only built me 100%. They say they will be good for 1,500hp. I am not trying to run 2900us at 5,000rpm though lol. I can't even imagine the timing I would have to run for that. I am sure they will be coming back out in the future when I turn it up to 1,200hp at 5,000rpm. Currently 2,050us on big compounds and only turning 3,500rpm. Should be mid 800s for power. Haven't had the chance to put it back on the dyno. Thanks for your replies and sorry for the extremely late reply.
