2012 Shebly GT500 has low electronic throttle opening at WOT

    Hi All,

I'm have problems with the PCM limiting the throttle opening under WOT. Car was running good with stock injectors but now wont make consistent power
under WOT, e.g. sometimes it makes 740+whp with power coming in out (wavy dyno graph) or just plain doesn't make power and cuts out.

    Car has the following mods

    - 1300 ID injectors
    - magna fuel pump w external pressure regulator
    - e85 fuel
    - long tube headers
    - 20psi pulley

I've attached the calibration and log file.

Run033 has low ETC or 47.8% under WOT
Run35 has ETC of 76% under WOT

If someone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

Run 33 has FMEM pedal follower for throttle angle source.
Are you using pedal follower in the tune?
I don't have the newest HPT installed on this PC, can't open the tune, but can open the log

I think so. However the stock calibration controls the throttle opening.

Yes, but you're not stock anymore.

Are there suggested tables to make changes to avoid this from happening

Your MAF is pegged. Are you actually flowing 86 lbs/min? Can you log Torque Source, Torque Airlimit Source, and Throttle Effective Area?

Edit: Assuming everything is correct, your torque, inverse, and spark tables should probably have more load headroom on them to accommodate a 20psi pulley. You're hitting an absolute load of 160%, where most of your tables top out. 20psi is closer to 2.4 load.

Fuel Trim are way off which is gonna throw MAF and Load way off.
-Injector Data is way wrong for ID1300s.
-Stoich is set to 9.4 which would be 93 % ethanol, and I assume its not that sweet if its pump E.

What cold air are you running? I would start with getting your stoich and inj data correct, then work on getting your MAF dialed in.
You'll also want to log MAF Period and steer away from SAE pids for vehicle specific ones, they poll much faster.
