    Interface not opened: Not Found

    Hello my brothers
    I have a problem (Interface not opened: Not Found) I deleted and reinstalled the drivers and it didn't work and also I changed my computer and it didn't work
    Do you have a fix ?

    could be one of many things ie usb cable issue, usb port issue on the device itself, some other internal issue, driver issue, etc. I would suggest opening a support ticket so we can assist you one on one in this case.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    The exact same thing happened to our new tuner that we received today, we also tried deleting and reinstalling the software. We bought a brand laptop today to use exclusively with our new tuner as well, nothing else

    Got ours loaded up and working on our desk top no problem....

    Still not sure why it wouldn't load up on the new laptop... It gave us the Interface not opened: Not Found message and we couldn't get it sync and find the reference code...
    I still may need help with why it won't work on the laptop. We tried 2 different USB/C cords as well as plugging it into all of ports including trying the newer C port and buying a new C/C cord...

    I should add we purchased both the desktop and laptop brand new yesterday, both HPs and both have windows 10.

    make sure you have the drivers installed & functional on the laptop.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    So the VCM Scanner does work, but the VCM Tuner does not. Was just playing with it again.

    More specifically the HP Tuner program does open, but when I try to communicate/attach to the interface, it won't. But on the HP Scanner it works fine. when I pull down the help screen and click MPVI2 verification tab it also won't communicate with the interface, or even the Resync tab same thing but only on the tuner software.

    Like I said both the tuner and scanner work great on the new desk top though.

    close scanner, open editor, try again.
