You would require the stock tune for that truck but you obviously do not have that.
The best you can do is find a stock tune in the tune repository for the 2013 silverado/sierra. Then you can COPY data over and make it stock again. I put emphasis on the copy because you never write a tune that isn't yours into your computer.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
There is not just one stock tune for a 2013 Silverado. Any stock file you look at you need to make sure all the segment numbers match even if you are doing a copy.
