How do you un-vin lock a hp tuners ngauge. Contacted emotion and Jim and no response. Contacted palm beach dyno because they sell the unlocked hpt ngauge, and they said I should be able to un vin lock it. To be clear the ngauge is unmarried from the old car, but still vin locked to the old car so it won?t write tunes to the current car.

Jim would be the one to contact, we do not sell the ngauge, I don't think anyone sells them anymore so I'm not sure how much support for them( ie unlocking) is actually out there for them now as emotion is going out of business AFAIK.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I'm trying to do research myself on this. But pretty sure people are gonna stay tight lipped because people are ass hole's. So IDK if ill ever be able to figure it out. I'm all about opensource but everyone else is about themselves and making a buck.
