New To Tuning, trying to learn transmission tuning

Well Im new to the tuning part of modifing cars..I have done a little bit of ECU tuning on my car already. I have a 2001 Z24 Cavalier Manual Transmission. Im looking for some help on this part for tranny stuff so any well would be great. Im looking for getting the tuning down where my 4th gear and 5th gear actually pull Harder than normal..instead of 5th gear being a cruising gear, i would like it to pull..so if anyone could help me with this it would be great! Thanks!!

Your going to have to physically change the gear ratios of the transmission. Don't know if there are any after market cluster & speed gears available for your trans.
