2004 6.0 4l60e cammed dbc pcm originally on a 2002 yukon 5.3 dbw. Tried changing os system to speed density and after copied a dbc tune to my file and starts but doesnt run unless i add starting fluid is there somthing im missing ?

Get your IAT working.
You didn't put the tune into speed density if the MAF is removed. Set the MAF fail high to 0hz and set all 3 MAF dtc's to MIL on first error with the SES box unchecked.
Under system you need to set the VATS from serial to none.
Change the cylinder volume to a 6.0 engine size. Make sure the injector data is correct for the injectors this engine is running too. Also fuel pressure must be 58psi.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
Thanks idk what i did but i changed everything you said and now it starts but barley just needs to be tuned Tanks !!!
question now it doesn't stay running any ideas
Your IAT still isn't working.
How's your battery voltage?
Any trouble codes?

Yes waiting for iat to come in and no codes alternator wasn't plug in
Where do you set the fuel pressure at???
Chancellor B Rowland
Update runs but not good do you guys see anything
What is your fuel pressure?
Is the exhaust 100% complete? Or atleast have a large amount of the exhaust complete after the o2 sensors?
The log shows that it's super lean when you rev the engine and hold it there.
Post the most recent version of the tune file.

yes it is i think maybe a small exhuast leak but anyways what do you think is causing it to go lean heres my tune file and my orginal tune. I started off by copying a similiar 6.0 tune becuase the pcm i had was on a dbw 5.3 and from there jusy change injector size and speed density stuff
files
I tried to tell you what the settings need to be for speed density but the tune still does not have them right.
Set the MAF fail high to 0hz and the codes P0101, 102 and 103 to MIL on first error.
What happened to your injector data and that VE table? The VE table is like 100% over inflated.
Again, what is your fuel pressure? You must be running ~58psi for these calibrations.
Also if you are not running a flex fuel sensor you need to disable the flex fuel feature.

There you go runs a lot better like a lot
Is the LS2 injector data right?
There should be no reason that you would need to increase the VE table that much just to make it run.

No i put the ve table back and changed the mass fail and dtc on first and also turn off flex.
Then fix all that too. Injector data must be correct.
I figured some of this was a given.
