    Power enrichment is kinda rich for a NA car.

    Both timing tables should not be equal. The low octane timing needs to have less timing in it. Might be too much timing at full throttle.

    Without a data log with wideband o2 sensor information it's tough to say how it's running. Being stock it's probably fine if there are no intake or exhaust leaks.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    thank you, gotta ask, why did you mention if there are any intake or exhaust leaks?

    Bg if you have intake or exhaust leaks it can throw off the oxygen sensors and therefore throw off fueling
