2016-2017 Toyota Landcruiser 200 series twin turbo diesel

I'm starting a new thread for anyone else looking for a base file for this model.

I am chasing a 2017 - 2018 LC 200 series stock file. The twin turbo 1vd-ftv diesel engine with DPF. If anyone has this stock file, could you post it here please.

I'm excited to tweak this engine and especially the trans to help that 6th gear stay engaged! Anyone played with these much?

    Thanks for any help.

My intentions for this vehicle, once I have possession is obviously to increase torque, improve fuel economy and get the transmission shift points at cruise speeds to a much more usable level. And of course to give back to the forum with any findings.

TNT76 did you get a file? I am also interested in tuning that 6th gear.

    Hello.

I sent TNT76 a 2019 file a while back. I've had a look at your file and reduced shift and TCC tables by 20%. I have been running this in mine for a bit but still playing

Use at your own risk - I'm not a pro tuner

Toyota 200 stock tune with 20% shift reduction.hpt

raise the smoke limit, boost, rail pressure, and 1-2 degree timing

    Diesel Fueling>Main Injection Limit

There is a base limit, gear-based limit, and MAF-based Limit.

I would raise the base and gear limit higher than where I want it to be, so probably 100mm3 and set the MAF-based limit to tune the fuel. Just make sure you leave the base values at 0mm3 at the high rpm range, so you don't remove the rev limiter.

for the MAF limit table, I would make it rich during turbo spool with some smoke around 55-60mm3 (14.5-16 afr) and then target 18afr at full boost, which is around 80mm3 on the twin-turbo land cruiser

    Thanks for the info

Which table is the main injection timing on this engine ? Do you also change pilot injection timing at the same time
