4.8's don't have AFM/DoD.
Did you disable all the AFM related trouble codes if this is a 5.3?

i only disabled DOD
I did clear all trouble codes before i down loaded tune
There are trouble codes related to the VLOM, so you will want to disable all those codes if you removed the factory VLOM.

Setting all the DOD solenoid codes to 3 no error reporting will fix this.
