2003 Z06 - LS3 - A&A Vortech Blower - Cold start Idle issue

I've looked into other posts throughout the forums, and it seems some many different solutions to this common issue with modified cars.

My current car is as follows.
2003 Corvette Z06
GM Crate engine with the following specs.
-Stock Compression, Displacement, Heads, Intake.
-LS2 Throttle Body
-GM Performance "Hot Cam"
--Duration @ .050" Lift( Deg): Intake: 219 / Exhaust: 228
--Maximum Lift (in) W/ 1.7 Rocker: Intake: .525 / Exhaust: .525
--Lobe Centerline ( deg): 112

-Kooks 1-3/4" Longtubes
-Corsa Exhaust
-No cats
-Rear O2 removed
-Stock Bosch O2

-A&A Corvette V2 Blower
-Intercooled

-Stock Flywheel
-93 octane fuel
-FIC1000cc injectors
-T56 6-speed car
-Mcleod RXT Twin Disk

My issues
-Cold Start and idle until warm up. (Main issue)
-Idle fluctuation (300rpm to 1300rpm) out of gear while coasting. Idle normalizes as soon as I'm stopped.

Tune / Recent log attached.
The log I had started prior to trying to fire the car for the first time. You can see I started the car several times, while using throttle to try to keep her alive. Slowly it'll stay fired for longer and longer until it no longer dies.

Alright so, I've managed to slowly read up stickies and HP Tuners guides and correct the start up issue, as well as an issue I was having with the O2 sensors not responding quick enough.
I have attached my current tune, and latest log. Hopefully someone can provide some input!

I have tried the following and have not been able to correct the rolling idle surge.

03-21-21
ECM12645 Idle Underspeed
Changed values to match Factory Z06 values
ECM12080 Target Idle match Factory z06 values
--Still idle surges--
ECM12130 throttle Cracker
Multiply entire table by 0.85
--Made the surge worse
ECM12130 throttle cracker
Mutiply original Value by 1.10
--No change

03-23-21
ECM12084 Idle Airflow
Increase by 10% at 176f and up
--Seemed worse

ECM12084 Idle airflow
Decrease all by 10%
--no change

ECM12084 Idle Airflow
Match factory z06 values
--Super worse

Trottle cracker values
Enable 2 -> 1
Disable 1 -> 2
--no change
