2011 CTSV jerky when trying to pedal during a WOT pull

Recently purchased a 2011 CTSV with bolt ons, cam, 2.45 upper pulley, injectors, and E85. While trying to pedal to gain traction during a pull, the throttle seems to be an on/off switch and the car starts bucking violently. There is no smoothness whatsoever. I have a feeling it has to do with the boost settings for the supercharger bypass valve but not sure. I can get a log tomorrow morning and post. For now, heres the current tune thats on the car. Thanks!

Change ECM 2869 back to stock. See it all the time. People don't understand what that actually does.

So what does it do? On my truck ('06 Envoy 5.3L) if I leave it stock (350lb-ft) any time I exceed 350 it hits me with STABILITRAK DISABLED and a 'C0244 - PWM Delivered Torque Malfunction' in the EBCM. Torque falls below 350 it goes back to normal. If I set ECM 2869 above the peak tq this doesn't happen.
