Invest in a wideband o2 sensor and start reading up on tuning. That's about the most we can say if you don't really have any idea what you are doing.
Airflow and fueling tables will need changes, timing changes and so on. Can't say exactly how much things will need to change without proper data logs with the right information in it.
There are many guys on here that do remote tuning as well for a cost.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
