tried to write file without internet connection, now car wont start

hey, pretty new here. just tried to write a file to my moms car of all people, and it failed to recognize device. i then realized i was not connected to the internet. once connected, now it still will not write, and the car will not crank. i am now scared to try anything else. this is this first time ive had any issues with hptuner. i have only written maybe 50 or 60 times total tho on all the cars ive worked on. can anyone offer any sound advice?momvoy catdlt vatsdlt transprsh5 shftime mods 030521.hpt
