ZL1 supercharger pulley Stabilitrak issues

This is a 2013 ZL1. My brother pulled the supercharger and installed a smaller pulley and a Rotofab Big Gulp air intake. As soon as me turned the ignition on, the "service stabilitrak" came on the lit up the traction control lights etc. It will not allow us to change drive "mode" . I found out the hard way that there is no factory WB, so tuning is at a stand still.
Also, I changed the max boost setting to try to avoid that code, but at high rpm the car goes into reduced power and sets a code for throttle body/MAF out of sync or calibration.
I will try to post a log later, but the stabilitrak issue is as soon as the key got turned on the first time after the blower was off.
Any ideas?

We found 2 sensors crossed and fixed the Stabilitrak and code throwing issues.
