    TCC not Lockup at dyno

    Hi
    If any one has same this issue? my TCC not lock at dyno only, on the street fully commanded lock
    At dyno, I noticed the tcc line pressure working after 6100 RPM
    I get back street to test and back to dyno, the first run gain 40 hp, after that the TCC come unlocked even the curve lost 40HP again
    note: even on the street the 3rd and 2ed fully slip and tcc line pressure not work, after 4the gear work
    this issue I have it as many cars and many TC not only for this car

    Max out the apply-ramp. Use the regulator offset/gain to set min pressure.


    Or just use the scanner to lock the TCC on the dyno... the "button" will get behind it with full pressure. Make sure you follow with clicking unlock right after the pull / before anything else sans lifting throttle.

    I did other hpt the max pressure 110 PSI , still not fix

    Commanded gear control limits are stock 93 MPH / 5500 RPMs. If you are using the scanner to lock the TCC on the dyno in real time, the scanner controls will be ignored past those points. Set the MPH and RPM to max for those, and it should hold just fine with the scanner bi-di controls on the dyno.
