If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

If i am driving slowing down for light or stop sign it die. Also if i am park and rev it will die coming back down to idle

The idle speed and min airflow table are pretty close to what I typically end up with for that cam. The overspeed spark table is a little goofy looking. It should be more linear and I'd back off of the peak number a bit.
It's pretty common to see those throttle body's need a good cleaning. Make sure there isn't a bunch of carbon on it.
I had an 06 model that I tuned 3 years ago. It ran great for 2 years. Then it begin to go dead just randomly. I replaced the throttle body and it was perfect again.
