2019 Redeye...can't read...Livernois Sticker on PCM

Customer just bought the car. Dropped it off to check out. It has a 2.85 pulley, but no tuner or documentation was provided by dealer who sold the car.

I tried to read PCM thinking it must have been tuned somehow...maybe with HPT.

It won't read.

I know I need the Access Cable for 18+ as I have tuned a few Hellcats all ready.

Pulled PCM just out of curiosity and found Livernois sticker on it. How do they tune? Do they not need an Access Cable?

If I get the Access Cable installed will I be able to tune this PCM or will I have to buy an HPT PCM?

Could I send this one in to HPT to be unlocked?
