Started playing with a car I did a 2 bar upgrade on about 2 months ago and was wondering if there was any update on the service electrical system issue when you put the car in straight SD mode?
Only way I was able to get it to go away was to leave the MAF enabled in the frequency threshold and limit the dynamic rpm boundaries which still let the MAF have some control. This wasn't ideal since the intake is larger causing bumps in Hz values at high boost. The spikes are due to the MAF not ideally placed with a BOV, meth nozzle and 90* bend all sharing a 12" pipe. It has worked ok like this for the last few months but would be nice to just delete the MAF entirely and hard wire a IAT sensor in or use a MAP sensor with a IAT to clean up the intake tube a bit.
Any news?
Car is a 2008 vett E38 auto.
