2018 silverado hd 6.0 no power when towing

i have a 2018 silverado hd that like the title stated has absolutely no power when towing , it'll get the job done but if i tow the same trailer with the same amount or weight with my 2010 2500 i can notice a HUGE difference .
does the stock tune on both trucks make a difference or can i do something to wake the 2018 up a little more ?
the 2010 has around 200k miles and the 2018 just hit 100k miles, both motors are healthy and havent had any problems powertrain related ...
2018 shifts good and has good power without the trailer but that 2010 feels like its got a lot more balls with or without the trailer ...
any advice on tuning it or something ???

Yes, the 2018 model really benefits from a tune. Those show a huge gain on the dyno when they are tuned.
In stock form, it won't even enter PE mode.

could anybody here point me in the right direction or maybe give me some advice on what to modify in the tune to get those improvements??
