    Help: Can not read controller

    Hello, trying to read 2015 mustang 2.3L ecoboost

    It says:
    Controller Unlocker: x7F Service Not Supported in Active Session

    Operating System: SGMN0S9.H32 CCF

    Any thoughts?
    How can i read it?
    Or how can i make it stock?

    Turn the engine off and turn the key to accessory.

    At least that's what it said for my Fiesta when the engine was running.

    Mustang you don't even need to hit the start button, I just hop in, plug in the cable and start flashing.

    I'm guessing he has a Ford performance tune installed, or a locked aftermarket tune. He will have to find a way to flash it back to stock first.

    With HPT, can you just grab a stock tune file from another car with the same engine/trans and just do write entire with out causing any VIN match issues?
