    Bad Pro-Link Cable

I just got my MPVI2 and prolink cable today. It works but only when I hold pressure on the cable. Is that something I have to send the whole thing back or am I better off to just spend $35 for a new one?

If your items were purchased from us recently I would recommend contacting support so that we can get you a new cable.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

By the time I convince support I have it hooked up right, pay for shipping and my time... I'll just pay the $47 and be done with it. New prolink is on the way.

Decided to void my warranty and dissect the connector. Found the problem. The ground was not soldered properly... it was just barely touching the contact under the potting.

I would be interested in putting a new connector on but I cannot for the life of me figure out what kind of connector it is... does anyone know?
