18 silverado . Need help with tuning

So heres the issue, We did a header install on the silverado and removed the rear o2 sensors while leaving the fronts installed.

After we installed the headers and cranked it up the truck would idle very poorly like was running too rich,

I disabled DOD, COT in both Engine and Engine Diag so far. What am I missing.

Seen a few where guys do this same install and fires right up fine.

Double checked all the plug wires to make sure they are properly seated in

    I WILL POST LOG TOMORROW

Not that this would make it run poorly but did you also turn off the rear o2 sensor codes and cat codes?
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Were there any codes? Is there any loose vacuum lines? Possible cracked porcelain on the spark plugs?

Look at LTFTs and misfires for all cylinders to see what's going on.

Log LTFTs and misfire to narrow down potential causes.

There was only codes for the rear o2s which I removed from tune file and cleared them, also got a code for random misfire which I also cleared

I will attach the stock tune here and maybe let me know what to adjust

Im waiting for customer to bring back the truck later today get a fresh log

Heres the log file at idle, the spike are me barely tapping the gas idle

I assume the red is really lean , but The way it feels tapping it feels really rich like no power

I did light reasearch on this Gen that the VVE table needs to be adjusted along with MAF table
but this truck idles very pour

Why would you have to add fuel to the VE with just a header install?

Bank 1 clearly has a issue, hopefully you actually fixed that and didn't just slap the tune with more fuel.

you could have a misfire showing lean condition, maybe broken ceramic or plug wire during install
