motor 05 Yukon Denali xl lq4 6.0
I copied an 02 2500hd tune over exactly and its running sounds good every thing worse but getting random miss fire and running lien i added 10% fuel and did not help ran ok on 5.3 stock p01 tune but got knock and lien not sure what to do last 1519597973 is the file from the repository

Did you use the Write Entire option when you wrote the new OS?
Are you seeing any misfires on the scanner? I don't see anything obvious in the datalogs that you posted. The additional fuel that you added to the VE table won't make much difference unless you switch it to SD mode.
