Novi 1200 BPV flutter after intercooler install

    Hi,
installed the non-intercooled version of the Paxton Novi 1200 on my 2007 mustang GT about a month ago, wanted to make more power so I installed the CXracing intercooler. The Novi kit comes with a compact bypass valve. I installed it backwards and blew a cold side pipe off on the first test drive. No big deal, turned the BPV the correct orientation and put the cold side pipe back on. It now makes a flutter sound instead of the normal steady gush of air sound. I inspected the BPV, diaphragm doesn't look damaged. Not sure what the problem is. Car only makes 5lbs of boost, even flat lines in second gear around 4k RPM and almost acts like valve float, but never had this issue with the non-intercooled version. Probably has to be tuned a bit more, but any thoughts? thanks

I ended up ordering a 50mm Tial Q BOV weld on kit. Getting rid of that factory recirculating system all together, seems cheap and unreliable. But still interested on what people think. Thanks
