Update: I tested my theory about the auto trans being disabled in the VMP tune, but not on the stock file, on another car and got the same no start condition, so I think that has been the issue all along. I'm elbow deep in another project and can't test it on the actual car, but will soon. Again, a BIG thanks to decipha for all the help and SCT files!
