Hello everyone, so here is my issue. Dont mind the ve tables lol, I just started the tune and found an issue, I have thrown the kitchen sink at this and Im still scratching my head. Its probably something stupid... but here it goes.
at wot the etc goes to 20% regardless of pedal position. (I make boost very early, and I have wot coming in at 1 volt, I have upped it to see if that would help it did not)
On my CMR tune it runs fine, makes boost, throttle opens no problem.
in the log file you can see it happen at 9:48:43.
A little about the truck
42# dw inj
2 bar map sensor (the srt 4 one with the adapter from procharger)
remote mount turbo
long tube headers
First question, is the tb stock? Second question, where did you get your injector data from. Do you have a wideband? It's reading very lean each time you go into PE.. I wouldn't set PE below 2.9 on a ram.. they act weird below that.
stock tb, injector data right from dw, yes i have a wb idk why this one log it didnt record. its lean under pe because there is no pressure, if it went into boost it would richen up. Ive had this set up on my truck for 3 years, 85k miles, had the wot set at 1v the whole time, no issues. Im just switching from cmr to hp.
