A datalog will help us to diagnose this issue. I see a couple of things that look a little off. You will likely need to increase the min airflow table with the target idle speed of 900 rpm when warm. It's also odd to 0 the TPS table for PE at an idle. It could allow for a different commanded AF ratio than you'd like.
One more thing...a lot of the 03-06 models simply need the throttle body cleaned on occasion. I see it all too often.
