    cant see mvpi2 new computer

    Just got new computer built, now ive gone threw and downloaded all the drivers and cant get the computer to see the mvpi2. Everything works fine on my old laptop but not this one. am i missing something????

    Probably needs .NET framework installed or some other windows proprietary software for it to work. Let windows update install everything it wants. Then reinstall the drivers for the MPVI2. That's what I'd do anyway.

    Please follow the step by step instructions below,

    Go to https://www.hptuners.com/ **NOTE All steps require connection to the internet
    Go to Downloads
    Download MPVI2 Drivers
    Install Drivers
    Go back to website and Download VCM Suite **Latest full version or Beta for 2019-2021 vehicles
    Install VCM Suite
    Find new HP Tuners folder recently downloaded list
    Open the VCM Editor file
    Hook the MPVI2 interface to your PC with the supplied USB cable.
    Go to My Account on HP Tuners webpage and register
    Go to my devices to register interface
    Scroll down to the MPVI2 page
    Open VCM Editor software
    Select Help
    Select MPVI2 Verification Code **Displays pop up window with Serial Number and Verification Code
    Copy Verification Code and Serial Number and paste in Registration page
    Click Import at bottom of page
    Go back in to My Devices and under the MPVI2 registration you will see the new device in your devices. This area shows you the number of credits purchased; User defined Parameters and Pro Feature Set
    Go back in to the VCM Editor
    Select Help
    Select Resync Interface
