I understand correctly that it disables FSCM module?
i just tried setting it to position "NO"
and i have a hell of a shooting in exhaust pipe.
I can't even look logs, because afraid that car will explode

It might be a Master enable/disable for Fuel Pressure Control Module.
OK sarcasm aside, to be honest I haven't encountered that yet. Maybe disabling the FPCM leaves fueling at a standard low pressure and under feeds the engine. The FPCM likely changes fuel pressure dynamically.
