Gen 2 coyote swap w/ whipple supercharger

Hello, I am in the process of installing a whipple supercharger onto a gen 2 coyote crate motor with 6r80 transmission and I'm in search of a baseline tune (something to go off of so I can dial it in myself). Will a stock whipple tune for a 2015 mustang work or would it need to be something specifically for the coyote control module? Here are my specs:

Gen 2 Coyote crate motor w/ 6r80 transmission
15-17 mustang whipple supercharger "hotrod" kit
SCP 3.875
Stock Throttle Body
72# bosch standard length dw injector set /ev14/48mm (what whipple reccomended)
2-3/4 inch exhaust (pretty much all i could fit in the car)

I'm not asking for a complete perfect tune for the car I just need a baseline to work off of, or if a file for a 2015 mustang with a similar setup would work that would be cool too, in the motorcycle world when you buy a tuner like a power commander you can visit dynojets website and see a library of user created files that you can download and work off of but I don't think such a resource exists for cars :)
