Ignition timing / Exhaust Burble Focus ST

    Hello everybody,

I know that no tuning requests should be made here but i'm not quite clear with the Ford logic yet.

I would like to program a light exhaust burbling on the Focus ST 2.0.
However, when the throttle is released, the focus always goes to spark source torque control.

I can't find a way to set the ignition to late when it comes to spark source torque control.

I have already adjusted DFCO settings.
I just can't quite handle the ignition.

I appreciate any help to understand the Ecoboost logic there.

    Robby

If you have already done the DFCO stuff what you want to do is change the MBT Mapped Points 0,1,2 and maybe 3 but just the top 3 rows from 3000 rpm and up. You want to decrease the number until you achieve the desired results. I have some kids who like the pop, bang stuff and I will run that number down to 15-20 until they get the sound (noise) that they want. If you just want some burble you can probably run that number up higher, like around 25 or so. Just play with the number until the sound is what you are looking for.
