Credits in account but not in VCM Editor?

I'm trying to setup a new vehicle I need to tune. The editor says I have no credits but my account says I have 14 GM Credits.

I click to save my file I'm editing and it says "Unlicensed File".
I then click show license options.
It shows me dialog below and says I have no credits.

I click to "Purchase Credits Online"
    Log into my account
And it says I have 14 credits!
Why do they not show up when I am in the VCM editor.

I check under Help->MPVI Application Keys
The interface ID and application key are correct.
I also have a connection to the internet.

What is up with this? Am I doing something wrong?

The 14 credits on your account should just be all the credits you've bought over time and not what is available. The first picture there says you have 0 GM credits available right now.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    Thanks!

What is the difference between the first two selections Credits 2 and Credits 6... Specific and Unlimited?

2 credits for just that VIN/vehicle.

6 credits for the entire year of 2001 Tahoe's. So any 2001 Tahoe after that 6 credits would be free, you'd have to tune more than three 2001 Tahoe's to make it worth it.

Ah gotcha, so the second choice registers the serial number on the engine controller to the license. I think I'll do that...

Thanks a lot for the help Really appreciate it!

I wouldn't but that's just me unless you can flash every one you got with a GM tool to a 2001 Tahoe VIN/OS.

I'd just do the single VCM license.

Something just occurred to me. I'm not sure if this would change how I register / license things...

I need to change the engine type to 6.0L. I have the old computer from my 5.3L tahoe which I swapped to a 6.0L and put a cam in.

Doesn't matter. That drop down menu does nothing anyway. The cylinder volume is the only thing that matters.
