I have a shop that built a 2001 TA with heads and cam and full bolt-on's that was brought to me for a dyno calibration. Now the owner is complaining of the dash cutting off and then back on and random times. Not very often and I could not duplicate it. Of course the fingers point at the last person to touch it.

It does have an aftermarket radio and not sure how it is toed in. Could be a non issue but is aftermarket. Could also be a loose ground or something from the install.

I have had C5 Vette dashes be inoperative after loading a cal, but I can do a re-load and the dash will be functional.

Sooooooo, has anyone else had an issue like this by chance? I can not see how a cal can make a dash intermittently cut off and back on.

Any info is appreciated.
