Hello. What is responsible for generating more power above about 4500 RPM? I have pressed the gas pedal to the max and after exceeding 4500 rpm it goes like crazy .. Sometimes it happens that it is strong from 3000 rpm.

sounds like your IMRC valves are sticking
Can I open them permanently?
you can but thats a stupid thing to do
Ford spent over 100 million dollars on them so if they werent needed they would have saved that money.
How to check their correct operation? Moving the levers manually on the fired engine, it reacts immediately and sets itself to its position
If I change the imrc tables to make the flaps open at 2000rpm, will that help me?
They are already optimized from the factory unless you have changed something else in your combo.
sounds like your timing ramp in may be really aggresive or you changed the cam timing away from stock. best thing is post tune so we can compare to setups we've tuned that are similar to yours.Originally Posted by charzun
