This car has swapped continent and probably tune is locked or at least OS ID is unknown. Nobody knows who is the original tuner.
It seems that I cannot add knock retard PID or even MAF period PID.
Is this normal?

From what I've seen, if it is an undefined strategy, you will get the standard OBD SAE channels in the scanner.
You should check with HPT support for the final word on this matter.
Knock Retard is the reduction or prevention of knock by lowering ignition timing:
(+) Adding Knock Retard = Reducing Timing. PCM is seeing knock.
(--) Lowering Knock Retard = Increasing Timing. PCM isn't seeing knock.
