2011 Mustang Auto limited to 135mph despite raising speed limiter

Working with a 2011 Mustang 5.0 with a Magnusson, the car gets road raced, and won't go over 135mph. 5th gear ~5500rpm. WOT, part throttle makes no difference. I've maxed out the speed limiter to 255, and I'm unsure what the Limited PID Control is doing. What am I missing?

I found it. I swear I looked at everything but just after posting this revisited the tune file and found my 5th gear rev limit was 5500.

    lol good job
Knock Retard is the reduction or prevention of knock by lowering ignition timing:

(+) Adding Knock Retard = Reducing Timing. PCM is seeing knock.
(--) Lowering Knock Retard = Increasing Timing. PCM isn't seeing knock.
