Unable to see OS/System Tabs to check VATS for Ford Ranger 2013 v6 3.2

Hello Tuners,

I'm working in a Ford Ranger 2013 v6 3.2L and we are suspecting the computer might have an issue due an electrical procedure that was done incorrectly on the car.
Basically, when you key on, it starts for 1 or 2 seconds and then goes down, it seems like when you are trying to turn on a swap engine with VATS still on.
I took the map of it and I can't see anything on the OS/System Tab, so I'm thinking this might be something on the computer itself, somehow corrupted.
I already check and I'm in advanced view.

Any ideas on this?
Should I try to install the default tune again or just buy a new computer?

Keep in mind that owner did some misuse of electrical flow on the car, that's why I'm thinking the computer might be messed up or something.

Any guidance on this will be greatly appreciated.
