have a car at the shop guy took the drive by wire throttle body off and put a throttle cable style on it in its place....what will i have to do in the tune to make this work with the newer pcm?

From what I understand some of the ECM with DRW do NOT have the internal drivers to drive an IAC

A E67 or E38 can't do drive by cable.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
