PCM bricked?

Recently bought a 2009 6.4 it came with a H&S xrt pro that won?t power up very well, if you get cable to make contact it will work for a second but the buttons aren?t all responsive. Anyway I read the tune with hptuners and sent it to ?a tuner? for a tune and they sent me a tune. Well I tried to load it and it came up with an error and won?t write! Won?t write the original file or anything. I?m aware I copied the H&S file then ?tuner? edited that file, is that the problem? Can I buy another tuner like SCT and write over it? I?m lost and the truck is dead! Thanks for any help.

Maybe a stock file loaded then get a tune from the stock file vs having the H&S tune edited?

try taking it to the dealer and having them flash the factory rom file back into it, then tune it with your hp. sct, H&S, bully dogs Edge, like to lock the ecm to where even after you put it back to stock with the tuner you still cant flash over them.
