I have a 2021 on a different computer. You need to email your file to support to get it loaded, then you will need to be connected to wifi and have your dongle plugged in so it will read it.
Once you license it then you won't need to be connected to the cable and internet each time you open it.

you have to send it out to get unlocked if you want to flash it. you can read it though.
you'll have to read it, email to support to get added (probably), then be on wifi and cable plugged in to view it.
once you license it then you can be off wifi.
