    6L80 and Circle D 3200 stall

    Hey everybody,

Just had the 6l80 rebuilt by Circle D. Paired it with one of their basic 278mm converters. 3200 stall speed. I've attached a copy of the tune. Can anybody give me some advice on whether or not the tune is safe for the new converter? The truck is a 6.2 with a Borg S475 at 12#. It's a daily so I need the trans to last.

    Thanks, guys.

Alright. I did some tweaking of the tune. I zeroed out desired slip for all gears and set the regulator offset to 90 psi. For the TCC, I maxed out values for gears 1-4 and maxed out values above 25% throttle for gears 5 and 6. I set the speed control terminate to immediate and I tweaked the cooling fans a little bit. I haven't flashed the tune yet but will likely do that tomorrow. Before these changes the truck seeming really soft, like the converter was slipping. Hopefully these changes tighten it up a bit. An input on the current revision is appreciated.Rebuilt 6L80 3200 Stall_Rev. 1.hpt
